Intriguing IPOs: Venture Global (VG)
The LNG exporter has plans to develop the world's largest franchise of gas exports. Its IPO price reflects that.

One of my resolutions for the year was to look at and write about more IPOs. So far, the market has served up enough IPOs to make me pay attention.
I’m sure it is just a coincidence that one of the largest oil and gas IPOs in decades is happening this week. I can’t imagine why.
Venture Global (NYSE: VG) is hoping to go public this week with a market cap north of $100 billion. Company IPOs this large even get The Wall Street Journal to cover it.
Let’s dig into the prospectus to see whether Venture’s IPO is worth investor attention.
